I think it's fair to say everyone involved in this discussion would find
that a ridiculous conclusion. I personally am not too worried by the
current wording, but are there particular changes which would set your
mind at ease? Several folks have raised concerns about the section...

file from scratch and edit it like this:
# /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
#
# eth0

d & e options in meetme()
...From what I can tell if you pass 'e' then asterisk will think of it's
own favorite magic number (that isn't currently being used) and generate
a conference with that number, anyone else that wants to join they need
to guess what that number is.
Sorry for my weak stab at humorous satire but it seems like something is
missing here.
Thanks Miles

Allowing non-root users to reboot a workstation
I would like to be able to allow regular users that don't have admin
privileges to be able to reboot their workstation. (they're software
developers so rebooting their workstation doesn't affect anybody else)
I tried changing the ownership of /sbin/reboot and /sbin/shutdown to
root:users and permissions to 550, but that didn't work - it's still asking
for root privileges.

The project has been forked, not superceded.
Work on OggPCM is continuing, the team working on OggPCM2 is free to submit
their own draft but some are not welcome to continue work on OggPCM due to
their recent social conduct.
