I was under the impression that it was sarcasm. Whenever something gets
posted a or a code of conduct that comes down to don't be a jerk is
adapted, there's lots of people who feel their right to be jerks has been
infringed. I could easily be wrong but I thought that post was making a

I guess we all are divided into two categories
1. If google [something] doesn't work on the operating system of my
choice, the hell with that crap (and google itself).
2. If google [something] doesn't work on the operating system of my

kernel-vm - humble request
Look, I pay nothing for an incredible operating system with enormous
features and stability, so it feels a bit awkward asking for more.
[Sarcasm On]
Now, get going and build me up a 5.3 kernel-vm's would ya? ;)

Making a 6.04
...he "keeppxe" patch (perhaps solving a bug
that has been present since v.5+)? Or how about the feedback I wrote
when 6.04-pre1 was released? How about a "gptmbr.bin" that supports
XFS? How about the many regressions still present, for so many years?
And the pending patches?
[sarcasm mode on]
Let's have an automatic daily build! Moreover, let's have an automatic
daily release! One new official release version every single day. That
way, the so many many many users of Syslinux 6+ would get a newer
updated version, with a shiny new number, every single day! Yeah, I'...

Agreed. I don't want "hints", and I'm not doing fedora or ubuntu, because
I don't want the LATESTGREATESTBLEEDINGEDGETIP, I want *stability*, and,
since we're supposed to be *enterprise* grade, I want stuff that's simple

C7: How to configure raid at install time
Hi all!
I'm still on C6. I'm using a RAID1 configuration (Linux software RAID)
and I'd like to either use the same one, or possibly configure it on
new drives (larger) when I upgrade to C7. (I'm really feeling the need
to move off C6.)
But it isn't at all obvious how one would do a new RAID1 setup in
Anaconda, and I don't find any user reports or other info on this
in the

R Usage Statistics
Hi,
I got the following comment from the reviewer of a paper (describing an
algorithm implemented in R) that I submitted to BMC Bioinformatics:
"Finally, which useful for exploratory work and some prototyping,
neither R nor S-Plus are appropriate environments for deploying user
applications that would receive much use."
I can certainly respond by pointing out that CRAN contains

btrfs df confusion
Hi
I''ve made some updates on the wiki and I''d like a technical review for
correctness. This particular topic is already confusing - some
unnecessary sarcasm made it even more so:
https://btrfs.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/FAQ#Why_does_df_show_incorrect_free_space_for_my_RAID_volume.3F
Due to the terms "used" and "allocated" in the wiki, viric in #btrfs
made the good suggestion that we could adjust the show and df output
with more in...

C7: How to configure raid at install time
...be mostly correct, and should give you the
magic incantation:
<http://www.ictdude.com/howto/install-centos-7-software-raid-lvm/>
The one thing I would point out regarding the above link is that despite
conventional UNIX wisdom, *don't* put /usr on a separate filesystem
in CentOS 7. <sarcasm>Thank you RedHat</sarcasm>

Sure.. just copy and paste it into flac-reencode.sh, replace the "8" with a @1 var and you are all set. No need for "--reencode" as it is redundant. Ping me if you want a hand with that (sarcasm).
