Handle lot of variables - Regression
Hey,
I've got a data set (e.g. named Data) which contains a lot of variables, for
example: s1, s2, ..., s50
My first question is:
It is possible to do this: Data$s1
But is it also possible to do something like this: Data$s1:s50 (I've tried a
lot of versions of those without a result)

Reading data in lisp format
Hi,
I am trying to read the "credit.lisp" file of the Japanese credit database in UCI repository, but it is in lisp format which I do not know how to read. I have not found how to do that in the foreign library

I think S10 is too early.
bind9 : S15
mysql : S19
zaptel: S20
ntp : S23
What bothers me most is that mysql is not up when asterisk
starts. That's a bad thing if there are #execs in your config
files and if the scripts rely on mysql.
So what about S50 or S95?

problem plotting curve through data
...y tips on this "Error in terms.formula" message,
or how functions are plotted over data, I'd be much obliged. I've only
been at about a R, some no explanations or suggestions are too simplistic.
Even an example of a plot of a logistic growth function of the form
R = S^n / ( S^n + S50^n)
where R is response, S is stimulus intensity and S50 is the intensity that
produces a 50% response
would be tremendously helpful

CentOS 6.0 chkconfig strange behavior
...the entire BEGIN INIT INFO to END INIT INFO section. Once that is removed it no longer changes the network startup priority when enabling the snmpd service.
Seems to me that you'd want network started before snmpd. So why chkconfig wants to re arrange it to start after snmpd which defaults to S50 is beyond me.
So why would it do that? Did I miss some documentation or something? :-)

Can I enter an extension to dial while voicemail is playing?
I have a very, very simple Asterisk setup in my house. I have a
Sipura 3000 with a PSTN line connected and one analog phone connected.
The [incoming] context looks like this:
exten => s,1,Dial(SIP/50,23,r)
exten => s,2,VoiceMail(u50@default)
exten => s,3,Playback(vm-goodbye)
exten => s,4,Hangup
As you can see, when somebody calls in if I don't answer in 23 seconds
