Hi All I am desperate to hear the audio clearly on this video, this is the 2 hour video on "Ruby on rails to basecamp" I am getting a lot of echo and it makes the audio absolutely useless. wonder if anyone is able to hear the audio without the echo? Hello all, I have some histograms of amount of DNA in some cells (DU145 cells overexpressing Bax and Bcl-xL for those who wish to know). The histograms show not only two peaks as expected, but three, indicating that some cells have more than normal amounts of DNA.
