[PATCH] drm/nouveau/bios/ramcfg: fix missing parentheses when calculating RON
From: Colin Ian King <colin.king at canonical.com>
Currently, the expression for calculating RON is always going to result
in zero no matter the value of ram->mr[1] because the ! operator has
higher precedence than the shift >> operator. I believe the missing
parentheses around the expression before appying the ! operator will
result in the desired result.

This does not appear to be a single problem but a combination of problems
so any guidance would be appreciated. I've searched the faq with no results
and read the DOCs and a bunch of other stuff and I'm into day 6 of
frustration here.
Thanks for the help.

LAPACK lib problem, lme4, lastest R, Linux

now in the process of installing the packages that I normally have
installed. I am having a problem with the LAPACK libraries when
installing lme4, but the problem is not unique to lme4. It is either a
link to or missing LAPACK libs. I am at a loss as what I am doing wrong
since I have started with a completely clean machine and am not trying
to anything special.

R and Openmpi
Hello,
We have R working with Rmpi/openmpi, but I'm a little worried. Specifically, (a) the -np flag doesn't seem to override the hostfile (it works fine with fortran hello world) and (b) I appear to have twice as many processes running as I think I should.
Rmpi version 0.5.5
Openmpi version 1.1

If you installed asterisk from source, you need to recompile it after
kernel version upgrade.
This will compile & install asterisk modules with latest installed kernel
sources.

how to prevent "blinking" when adding an element with an effect
Hi,
I add a div to my document and use an effect to make it apear gracefully.
Unfortunatly, when adding the element, the element apears shortly, then
the effect (slideDown) lets it apear nicely - so the page flickers abit -
What is the best practice to avoid it?
Cheers,
Ron
