implied-dirs tail component being chown'd
I use rsync in a fairly complex scripted situation and am trying to figure out how to avoid changing ownership/permissions just on the directories specified on the command line (but operate normally for everything underneath). I've been using --relative --no-implied-dirs with some success in other situations, but here it still seems to try to chown the last path component of the

CryptoCard patch
Hi, I had a contractor write a patch to allow CryptoCard support in OpenSSH. It works with portable openssh-2.1.1p4, and it was posted to the SSH mailing lists, but I see that it hasn't been included in the openssh-2.2.0p1 release. Bug with crtimes and hard links?
I've been getting spurious unnecessary copying of files on OSX when using the crtimes patch and the --crtimes -H options (version 3.0.4). This currently fails because there is no way to permit the OPIE challenge to be displayed at the password prompt. Starting from the patch at http://www.debian.org/Bugs/db/61/61906.html I managed to get OPIE working. However, the patch above is not very clean in that it replaces

patch for TIS (skey/opie) *and* passwd auth via PAM
Hello, appended is a patch that makes it possible to use PAM both for password authentication and TIS (i.e. s/key or opie or any other interactive challenge/response scheme). I have developed this starting from the patch at http://www.debian.org/Bugs/db/61/61906.html on Debian with openssh-2.1.1p4-3. After configuring ssh with --with-pam-tis, there are two PAM services, "sshd" and
