Hi list,
thank you for Shorewall :)
I''m trying to get a simple config to work but i can''t seem to work out how
to gain access via ssh to the protected remote machine. But that doesn''t
surprise me really as i have just spend well over an hour to find how to
limit the lograte AND fill in the logburst in shorewall.conf.
I have specified a logfile (not messages) in

Copy text from Script syntax into .txt
Hi everybody,
How can I get text from RScript (e.g. syntax, reminder) into the result
text.
Sink() does not do that - I only read the results and therefore I have to
'guess' which syntax was used where - reminders I wrote are lost.
Bw and thank you in advance,

Another Debian Etch fan here, running shorewall (shell) 3.2.6-2 (and Yes I''m going to upgrade when Lenny goes stable).
I already have the SSHKnock working, as documented on the website:

Thanks, works great!
In addition to the knock to open 22, I want to also ADD a redirect, from 2222 to 22 on an internal box. So, when I knock on 1600

security_inode_init_security(), security_old_inode_init_security() can be
now removed.
Out-of-tree kernel modules should switch to security_inode_init_security()
too.

bridge and ipp2p question
...p2p.
All works fine but now I need to add a third nic to route all p2p traffic
through this nic.
It is that possible with a bridge ?
Later (with other server) connect to this nic I do loading balancing
with two adsl lines to route all p2p traffic.
Any hint ?
Any howto ?
Thanks in advance.
