Hi Samba , I have installed samba 4.4.5 on RHEL 7.2 (kernel ver. 3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64). i am unable to configure Point'n'Print automatic printer driver deployment. i have followed below link to configure: https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Configuring_Point%27n%27Print_automatic_printer_driver_deployment. Client are Windows 8.1 (x64) and Windows 10 (x64). We assume that samba supports only driver ver3 and ver4 support is not there, can some one help me what is the roadmap for this. ...ave a samba member-server in a samba4-AD with cups. cups works fine, i can print the testpage from cups and from a windowsclient. but, i am not able to upload a printer driver to a samba4 print-server: i followed this howto: https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Configuring_Point%27n%27Print_automatic_printer_driver_deployment in printmanagement.msc i can add the server, and i can see the printer configuerd in cups.
