Basically, I cannot get Asterisks to detect an incoming call from the PSTN, although strangely, if I first run the Quicknet SDK utility "ring_detect" with the correct cadence setting, I can get the card to detect an incoming ring. If I then quit the ring_detect utility and immediately start Asterisks, I can then get Asterisks to detect a ring.
