Vmware server 2.0.2 and Centos 5.4
...g vmware server 2.0.2 and centos 5.4, but is their
any reason not to use the .rpm install of for centos? I have always used
the .tar file but this time used the rpm and it appeared to install and not
crash. I went ahead and did the glib correction but I was wondering if
using the rpm was not the rght thing to do, Thanks.

[LLVMdev] Ideas for annotating types?

Hi Talin,
The new type system allows you to name types and, if I got it rght,
that's unique and immutable.
You could use that fact, plus some metadata, to group your values and
use one annotation per group.
Should be easy to iterate through all values in a given function
testing for a given (unique) type.

effect. I do not use ADS, just plain regular samba.
trying to set path = \\machineB\homes results in an ERROR message:

Any help would be appreciated.
Mounting the share from serverB on serverA works perfectly all rght, it is
not what I want though.
So far google and the big samba book have not found a solution.
Thanks,

[LLVMdev] Ideas for annotating types?
I'd like to figure out a clean way to annotate LLVM types with additional
information. This is related to the garbage collection discussion - I'd like
to figure out a good way to do this, so I can add it to the proposal.
Basically what I want is to be able to take a Constant and associate it with
a type, such that (1) any backend pass that has a reference to the type can

Basic Sol8 compile question
I'm scratching my head, and thinking that I overlooked something: how do I tell my Sun compiler (on Solaris 8 2/02) to look for files in /usr/include, etc.?
For some reason -- a steam-rollered environment variable, I guess -- the compiler won't look there. I get lots and lots of "cannot find include file" messages whether ot not I try ot use --with-pam or --with-winbind.
