Name Resolving bug in Open SSH 3.0.2 (Addendum)
Almost forgot...
I already reported this but a few months ago when I was using openSSH 2.9x,
it's the same bug.
And no - it's not the server end that is stalling me on a revese lookup:
1. I was doing ssh localhost, localhost resolves perfectly, the same for
127.0.0.1 (reverse)
2. ssh -v shows me:
debug1: Reading configuration data /usr/local/etc/ssh_config
debug1: Seeding random number generator
debug1: Rhosts Authentication disabled, originating port will not be truste...

X100P Clone not picking up incoming calls. [POTS]
Hello All,
I have this strange problem,
I can dial out with my sip phone and it seems to work relatively well, but
when I call in, the line just rings and rings, I get no indication in
asterisk that it's detecting an incoming call.
The strange thing is that in ztmonitor 1 -vv the rx volume goes from around
99% when the line is idle to 0% as soon as the line starts ringing.
I'm located

Network\Snom phone oddity
I have a client that has 5 Snom 320s. 4 work great, one does not. I upgrade the firmware to the latest (6.5.2) and the problem goes away, but then comes back a couple days later.
There is a slight packet loss on the phone (about 1%), though there is no packet loss on any of the other phones.
I determine the packet loss by the Linux command "ping -f -c 10000 192.168.2.10".

Snom 360 problems
Anyone have a Snom they're happy with? How did you manage that? :)
I have a system of:
Asterisk 1.2.3
2 Wildcard TDM400P Rev I and E/F
1 Snom 360 + sidecar
~15 Sipura/Linsys SPA-841
~15 Grandstream 101
Everything (currently) is on the same network, not a router to be seen
between any two. Also everything, except the snom, is working sweetly.
The main problem is ECHO.. awful echo and

There are known issues with versions of samba < 2.2.1 when reverse DNS
is not configured correctly, try upgrading samba and/or specify your
clients in your local /etc/hosts file. (For newer versions revese DNS
is still done is some circumstances, but the timeout bug is fixed)
Hope this helps,
