It is used in particle physics to refer to very light particles (electrons, muons). For me it also has the connotations of fastness and restlessness (in the LLVM sense of post-compile optimization). Hi, I'm just attempting to re-encode some 720p HD (720x576) mpeg2-transport files to theora using ffmpeg2theora. However it seems impossible to get the framerate right; if I leave it on default the framerate seems to be doubled, if I force input fps to 50 it seems to go half speed. Not sure yet what or where the problems are but having just done a jum update on my HP laptop (nw8240) and my IBM desktop from 2.6.9.42.0.2.EL the laptop is locking up during boot sequence and the desktop when running VMware Workstation seems to take all CPU and makes strange noises from the loudspeaker.
