There's no "repulsion" involved, just a lack of

overlooking something in the rgl quasi-random sequences, or missing a
more obvious way to generate such patterns. Perhaps solving an
electrostatic problem with a potential both attractive at long
distances and repulsive at short distances is a better way? I have a
vague recollection of hearing that somewhere to position points

Thanks for any comment / suggestion,

Why still no PKCS#11 ECC key support in OpenSSH ?
Hi,
I was trying to get OpenSSH portable working with my Yubikey.? A key was present on the token but generated using the ECCP384 algorithm.
This lead to many obscure goose-chase red-herring error messages from OpenSSH such as the delightful "Could not add card : agent refused operation" or other nonsense that was meaningless and unhelpful.
Many hours later in Mr Google's company,

Syntax coloring in R console
...aging my data in R. Rkwrd seems to be nice (from screenshots),
but its installation requires all the base KDE libraries, which I
don't want to install.
I tried JGR, the GUI for R, but I have found the following problems
with this package:
- I was not able to change the background color from a repulsive grey,
- apparently, GNU readline is not implemented in that package, that
is, there is no functionality similar to ctrl-r (which searches
through the history for matching commands), something I use
frequently, and
- tab expansion is of limited use (e.g. doesn't browse files in the

PGLMM in Picante Question
Hi Guys,
Using the PGLMM function in Picante it is theoretically possible to
generate other models (than the 5 flagged ones indicated) by
differently structuring the independent variable (Y), dependent
variables (X), and covariance matrices (VV). I was wondering anyone
could give me some advice (or code) for generating a model that
includes the phylogenetic repulsion model (3) with the traits

Upgrading AAH
All - I've a new system, that since it's been in production, has seen a
few issues, that look like they should be fixed by upgrading asterisk @
home to the latest version. I was curious if anybody out there can tell
me their experiences with this, and what to expect.

Meridian S1 to Asterisk via T1
I have to connect a Meridian S1 to Asterisk for a slow migration to VoIP.
What is the best way to connect them?
1. Is a T1 the best solution?
2. Can I pass Caller and Callee information across the link?
If a T1 is best, I recall a standalone T1-SIP device a year ago on this
list. Does anyone recall what the device was? How well it works?
Thanks,
MD

Hi,

[LLVMdev] Named metadata to represent language specific logic
Hi all,
I was wondering if we could use named metadata to store some of C++
logic without changing the IR. This is primarily only for front-end
buiding and the resulting IR (with or without metadata) should be the
same as it is today (or better).
I say this because of the number of global variables front-ends need
to keep because LLVM IR cannot represent all the information of types,

" Baldie is such a wonderful villain
The Linux/OSS community could not possibly ask for a better villain than

Why should I answer a Newbie question, there thick!
It would be nice just for once to actually use a mailing list with people
who are a little more sympathetic to the fact that your not a rocket
scentist or molecular biologist and that you might actually need some
help,
without being made to feel like your completely useless and should be
cleaning toilets for a living.
