Problema con Bioconductor y R 3.0.2
...oconductor. Al intentar usar alguna me aparece
el mensaje :
Your Bioconductor is out-of-date, upgrade to version 2.13 by following
instructions at http://bioconductor.org/install.
Pero cuando sigo las instrucciones de esa pagina, al tratar de
actualizar recibo el mismo mensaje.
Alguien sabe como reparar este problema ??

help awk y shells en R
Al final resulto más fácil de lo esperado. Hay que instalar cywin y
utilizar los comandos de la siguiente manera
system('C:/cygwin/bin/wc -l var_risco_2012.csv')
Esto en principio funciona

Problema con la ayuda HTML
Hola:
Desde hace varias versiones no puedo utilizar la ayuda HTML de R.
Cuando, por ejemplo, lanzo ?nlm me abre el navegador con
