OpenSSH sftp(1) renovation project for GSoC 2009
Hello,
Please pardon me if this is off topic, but I thought I ought to
introduce myself.
I submitted an application (aka student proposal) to OpenSSH via
GSoC on Thursday (2009-04-02 19:39:21Z). Of course, I cannot know
if it will be accepted, but in any case, here is the abstract for
anybody on the list who may be interested in offering feedback:

Is Asterisk ready for "real" use?
Okay,
I am facing a move in two months to newly renovated space. I
have to decide *this week* between:
A) Pull LAN and phone cables, prepare to move and expand our
"traditional" PBX (Panasonic KX-TD1232 and VPS200).
or
B) Pull only LAN cables, go VoIP, use Asterisk as PBX.
It is *not* an option to purchase a VoIP system package from
Cisco, 3com, etc. Installers are getting an

De preferencia, me gustaría hacerlo simplemente con boxplot(), pero estoy

dhcpd errors
Hello Everyone,
I'm running a dhcp server on CentOS 4.4. It's providing IPs and remote
booting for a number of thin clients.
I've recently had problems rebooting a few thin clients. Here is the
error I've been seeing:

OpenSSH GSoC Project
Hello,
I apologize if this isn't the right place to post about the Google
Summer of Code; if so, I would appreciate guidance toward the correct
list.
If this is the correct list, I would appreciate answers to the message
below.
Thanks.

Hola Lorena:
Lo prometido es deuda. Dije que miraría si iba este
asunto:
ggplot(data = dLSaa,
aes(x = factor(AA), y = AD, colour = factor(AA))) +
geom_boxplot() +
xlab( "AA" ) +
ylab( "AD" ) +
labs(colour = "Leyenda") +
ggtitle(label = "Comparación de AD frente a AA")
Y este es el resultado:

2009 Google Summer of Code
Hi,
Over the last two weeks I have received a large number of emails
regarding OpenSSH's participation in the 2009 Google Summer of Code
program.
This email should answer the questions that you collectively asked.
Please forgive this bulk reply - there are simply too many of you to
reply to individually. If I have failed to answer your question, please
feel free to email me again.

Active Directory Capacity?
Hi list,
I am wondering if there is a theoretical maximum for an Active Directory
forest, according to Samba or MS? My concern comes from this.
We are piloting AD with Samba 4 at a couple of our schools. My thought was
to eventually get the top-level forest hosted at our central office, then
setup each school as a "site" with its own AD DC at the site, configured to
use each

Summer of Code student for OpenSSH: Carlos Silva
Hi,
We are delighted to accept Carlos Silva's proposal to renovate
sftp(1) as part of the Google Summer of Code.
Many of the ~40 applications we received were of high quality and
choosing the best one from the top five was particularly difficult.
Unfortunately, since this is our first time through the GSoC and because
we only have one "full-time" mentor (me), we are only able to

Argument processing with sftp
Greetings,
One aspect of the recent sftp renovation which I don't recall being
discussed is its command-line argument processing.
In particular, the command-line syntax supports retrieving a file as
follows:
$ sftp hoastA:file1 file2
But it does not support a similar syntax to send a file. In other words,
$ sftp file1 hostA:file2
is not currently supported. Moreover, the following
