Any one using vnc server on centos 5.1? on 4.6 I had no issue. on 5.1 I am having times when on connetion the VNC serveris crashing and logs me out of all my open'ed items. I can relog in. But I was wondering if others are seeing this and if there is something to do about it. THanks, Jerry

I got Office installed fine with the product key. Worked very fast and I relogged in and it was sitting within Wine's menu all neat and ready to go. Then I open Word and it asks for the key again, I give it to it, but it doesnt like it. Keeps asking me until it finally closes out the program. Is there a way to get around this? Thanks!

...backups and thus far have not found any descrepancies with the systems profiles before or after the power outage. The records indicate that there has not been any change in the LDAP information in the last 2 months for the machines which have the problem. Hi all! In the var directory I noticed a log. file that contains: nsswithc/winbindd_util.c:parse_id_list(711) and windbind uid parameter missing (anyone know what parm is missing??)
