Relaiable ssh tunnel via systemd
We try to run a reliable ssh tunnel vis systemd.
This is the unit configuration file:
{{{

ExecStart=/usr/bin/ssh -o "ExitOnForwardFailure yes" -o "ServerAliveInterval 60" -N -R 40443:installserver:40443 -R

ExecStartPre=-/usr/bin/ssh tunnel@%i "for pid in $$(ps -u

Hi Nico and other ssh users,
Systemd restarts the ssh if it terminates. AFAIK this is all that is needed.
But maybe I am missing something. Is there a feature of autossh that I don't
get with systemd?

Inode Usage
I am building a tool to identify the file that has a specific LBA.
The approach I am using is to search through each inode from number 2
up. This approach works well with UFS1 file systems as then
preinitialize all the inodes. However, UFS2 does lazy inode
initialization so there are always some that are basically garbage.
I have not found any relaiable way to determine from the

Using ext3 over NFS
hi all,
I have an application that runs on a diskless card. The application
stores its data on the
flash and also as a backup on the filesystem of a workstation which is
NFS mounted on
the card. Can I achieve data integrity/relaiability if I use ext3 on NFS
filesystem in case of
power failure/card jackout? What about the data in the flash? What
should be the ext3 filesystem
mode? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Intermittent T.38 pass through
Hi All,
I've been testing reliability with t.38 faxing pass through with * 1.4.21.1,
Linksys ATA's 2102 x 2, Sharp UX-B800SE and Cannon ImageClass D880.

Started out with default settings on all devices, configured Asterisk to
handle T.38 pass through, the configuration I believe is solid. I get
