Hi everybody I am using a 12.04 Precise pangolin amd64 with jakd 1.5.8, wine 1.5.3 and wineasio 9.0 and i'm having a lot of problems to use de regsrv32 winasio.dll always drop me the "Failed to load DLL wineasio.dll" I've copied the wineasio.dll.so in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/wine and /usr/lib32/wine/ ive reinstalled wine, wineasio changed jackd2 to jackd did wineboot too so i dont know what more can i do if someone have any trick...

Hi! I'm trying to run a game System Shock 2 http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?iVersionId=2270 I have a laptop with Celeron M 420 (1600Mhz). SS2 running something about 5-10fps.. opposing for example to DeusEx that runs _very_ smoothly.. I can say it is not less than 50fps or even more(i just don't know how to enable fps counter). ...through wine, it generates an error which description given below: “Failed to load control “SSTAB” from TABCTL32.OCX. Your version of TABCTL32.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of control that was provided with your application.” Manually i register TABCTL32.OCX file using REGSRV32.EXE, and its successfully registered but its gives an error which mentioned above. The problem was, that all the files installed for wmplayer, all the codecs and dlls, are not registered. I had to manually register them using regsrv32.... about 12 files or os.That's where my first question is... Why do I have to do so? Isn't there a more automated way I can use to accomplish this?
