rpc and wine
can someone tell me how to get RPC and WINE to work in conjunction with one
another? I have serious need to run an RPC application under linux's WINE
port. If I cannot find a solution, I'm regretably going to have to change
the OS to windows which I'd prefer not to do.
Thanks,

metadata
I think I'm going to regret asking this, but is there
any more information on Ogg metadata other than what's
at <http://wiki.xiph.org/Metadata>? Is there a more
appropriate list for discussing it? I'm sending this
to the vorbis list because ogg-dev seems to see very
little traffic, and none of the others seems to be
very relevant (this happens to be the one I'm subscribed

does res_pjsip support ZRTP?
Hello. Do I understand correctly that the current implementation
res_pjsip does not support ZRTP?
http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/asterisk-dev/2013-December/064401.html
Nothing has changed since 2013? P.S. I greatly regret that moved from
chan_sip to res_pjsip. Previously used very much lacking, and much of
the promise failed. Dmitriy Serov.

Alternatives to components?
I''m about to start work on sidebars for my app, but I''ve heard a number
of people express doubts about them as the way to go (they are slow &
apparently DHH regretted coming up with them components). What other
solutions are people using for this type of need (i.e.needing to call an
action/view combo from within a view)?

Apache RPM's
Hello all,
I love CentOS, but I am seriously regretting selecting Centos 4.4 for my
production hosting servers. The current situation with CentOS 4.4 and being
stuck at Apache 2.0.52 is a huge problem because of the new requirements for
the Credit Card industry PCI scan. Apache 2.0.52 does not pass PCI
compliance scans. which means no ecommerce on any of these servers - MAJOR

KVM Questions
I have a system with two CentOS 7.1 guests. When I created the VMs I did
not have enough storage space in the default location
/var/lib/libvirt/images so I moved the default location to a directory
/home/vmimages. While this configuration is functional I regret creating
a new storage pool in /home. I would like to create a separate partition
to place the VM images removing them from their

Hi there!
This is my second message in two weeks. I am regretting to get ride of my

then to R-1.9.0 I am experiencing diffulties I never faced before. Professor
Ripley and Dr. Murdoch had helped with the "Fatal Error. HOMEDRIVE." Another
problem I am now facing is that R is not reading any matrix if I do not

[LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] AArch64 Clang CLI interface proposal
I knew I'd regret leaving that option in for the MIPS port back in 99.
Basically this is the only acceptable way for mcpu to exist, but should
never have been added to the GCC aarch64 port at all since there's no
compatibility with existing build systems to worry about.
I would still like you to show this mythical piece of software that needs
this compatibility.

Door not hitting me on my way out
Sorry, folks. I wish our release developers well, and hope that they
can open up their processes to allow much needed community involvment.
But I've hopped to Scientific Linux and find it much more usable due
to their willingness to publish updates even without the entire new
release bundled, and the much timelier updates from the upstream
vendor. php53 and bind97 are directly available for

problems after gem update
Hi, I had ferret working wonderfully but i am regretting doing a gem
update today.
I had alot of trouble first installing it and was really happy to have
it working. The upgrade was from 0.3.1 to 0.4.0.
The problem is;
in the rails console,
