Hi,
today i wrote a function in R of the type:
index.refraction <- function(Temp,Press, RH, CO2)
When i try to plug a negative number in Temp, i got this type of error:

Time series, least squares line
Hello,
I have a time-series of standards measured for Refractive index. They are
daily standards, however, I didn't run one everyday so some days have no
data. I can plot the values, but the x-axis does not represent the correct
time series (i.e. it's just an evenly spaced 1,2,3 type axis). I want to
plot the points with some form of representitive...

I assume it's fully an issue with the firewall. Do I really need 5060 port

PostgreSQL Array field type
It seemed to me that rails extract the special database field type
(Array .. In PostgreSQL) as a string.. {'One','Two'}
wouldn't it be great if it got converted to a Ruby array directly?

...er-08748db0" to ChanSpy, but from the documentation
it seems that it shouldn't work.
So the question is, how can I listen into a channel if I know either the
channel or the unqiue id? And in the meantime I will play around with
ChanSpy more.

setting CDR values on failed calls
Hi All,
I am relatively new to Asterisk. I have CDR enabled and successfully writing
to MS SQL server. In my cdr table I am setting the userfield value with a
line in my dialplan. If a call is placed to an invalid number (e.g.
12125551212), I see a cdr record created, however, my userfield value never
gets set since the call never made it into the context of my dialplan. I am
using AMI with the

CentOS 4.4 - postgis / postgres Issue
...ox that uses postgis. All seems well
but when the devs import the schema this happens...
ERROR: could not access file "$libdir/libpostgis.so.0.9": No such file

and indeed that library does not exist anywhere on the box.
I have looked at the rpm downloaded from postgis.refractions.net and
again this library is missing.
Is anyone familiar with this setup and know what could be wrong? This
was installed using rpm's and not compiled from source.

Auto-congesting call due to slow response
Hello,
I'm running several asterisks in a carrier environment. The asterisks do
mainly gateway business between E1 cards and IAX with some routing
logic.
On one key server I see issues of "Auto-congesting call due to slow
response" coming every number of calls. The IAX peer is in the same
subnet, the servers are not really loaded.
Versions in use are 1.2.2 and 1.4.23-rc3, with rsa

Re: Trouble with libgsm on Mac OS X 10.6.2
The only way I could get rid of the err for gsm on launch was to copy libgsm to my DDO folder, even those I use DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH, and libgsm is in all of those locations.
Here's my launching script:
Code:
on run
--edit this to be the correct location and file to run (typically only edit after the "drive_c")

no references at all to this kind of problem in Google, which leads me

If anyone has any ideas, I would be most grateful.
Thanks,

feature idea for wine : stereo 3D
NVidia is pushing a 200 dollar product which is nothing more than shutter glasses and ties into DirectX 10, encouraging people to move to Vista, which I personally believe is yet another nail in the coffen of closing the PC platform.
Now I think a better idea would be to add a feature to wine that permits stereo imaging to be added to any program that makes use of 3D features in wine, to somehow
