Managing about 30 users?
I have about 30 dev. and operation users on my machines, is there a
recipe anywhere for doing this? The best practices doc on the wiki is
incomplete and confusing.
Also, any workaround for the ssh_authorized_key bug in 24.8? All I
really want to do is create users, home directories and put ssh keys
in them, but it tries to add the keys first, so it doesn''t work.

building a many-to-many structure in javascript
hi,
for some purpose, I need a "in-javascript database", maybe built with
some Prototype $H function calls for creating "tables"
but what about junction tables, I mean those which express many-to-
many relations between two entity tables ?
I though using concatenation of strings with a separator, for example
"key1 key2"
"1234-56"
or "ABC \n 789"

RFC: changing variable naming rules in LLVM codebase
Thanks very much for all the feedback. I've tried to collect the information into a proposal for a transition plan: https://reviews.llvm.org/D59251.

Schedules, latency and register liveness for complex instructions
Hi Martin,
> The CPU that I am targeting is VLIW with no hardware interlocking
(the next instruction does not wait for the previous to complete). This
leads to fairly complex scheduling, but can be generally accommodated
well in LLVM.
Thanks for sharing your usecase about instruction scheduling, I am
learning Instruction Selector by reading ARM and AMDGPU target's source
code, then

Options for custom CCState, CCAssignFn, and GlobalISel
This question came about through reviewing work from Leslie Zhai on GlobalISel
support for RISC-V, which also motivated me to revisit code which I've always
felt was a bit clunky.
Calling convention lowering in LLVM is typically handled by functions
conforming to the CCAssignFn typedef:
typedef bool CCAssignFn(unsigned ValNo, MVT ValVT,
MVT LocVT,

GlobalISel design update and goals
Hi all,
Over the past few months we’ve been doing work on the foundations for the next stages of GlobalISel development. In terms of changes from this time last year, the IR translator, the legalizer, and instruction selector have seen moderate to major changes. The most significant of these was the change to the legalizer API, allowing targets to use predicates to express legality, which gives

[RFC] Supporting ARM's SVE in LLVM
On 26 November 2016 at 11:49, Paul Walker <Paul.Walker at arm.com> wrote:
> Related to this I want to push this and related conversations in a different direction. From the outset our approach to add SVE support to LLVM IR has been about solving the generic problem of vectorising for an unknown vector length and then extending this to support predication. With this in mind I would
