Namespace delimiter...
As RFC3501 (IMAP) say:
'A NIL hierarchy delimiter means
that no hierarchy exists; the name is a "flat" name.'
How to change delimiter to NIL?
We have flat namespaces in our storage.
Now I hardcoded this and everything is working, but maybe it is another
possibility...

Why p_strdup and other string functions uses loops instead strlen? (dovecot 2.0.rc4)
I did Dovecot profiling on huge e-mail system, and p_strdup was very
high on list.
I do minor change:
p_strdup:
/*
for (len = 0; (str)[len] != '\0'; )
len++;
len++;
*/
len = strlen(str) + 1;
p_strndup:
/*
len = 0;
while (len < max_chars && ((const char *) str)[len] != '\0')
len++;
*/
len = strnlen(str, max_chars);
And after changes strdup drop down on the

winbind users and vnc logins
Is there any way for winbind to authenticate vnc logins? I've got
winbind up and running and working fine for local and gdm logins on a
Fedora Core 3 installation. But when I try to set up vncserver on it,
it doesn't recognize winbind users. There doesn't seem to be a PAM
for vnc. So is remote access via vnc out of the question for winbind
users?

Serial Passthrough broken in Debian Wheezy?
Hello,
I just discovered a strange bug with serial passthrough in xen 4.1 on
Debian Wheezy. The Dom0 has a GSM modem connected to serial port. The
serial port is passed through to a DomU with options 'irq = [ 4 ]' and
'ioports = [ '3f8-3ff ]'.
This worked as expected on Debian Squeeze with Xen 4.0 and Linux kernel
2.6.32 (both for Dom0 and DomU). On Debian Wheezy with Xen

No automatic refresh?
Hi!
I've been struggling with this install of Samba 2.0.4b on Linux/x86 2.0.36.
All of the client machines run Windows NT 4, SP 3.
I'm exporting /tmp as pub, and if I right click in the folder and create
a new folder, it doesn't show up until I go to 'view' and 'refresh'.
If I delete something, it doesn't go away until I refresh.
Why?
