change the values from one listbox when a user select items from another

In biology, there are always some house keeping genes which differ
little even at pathological conditions.
We know that at different batches, there are external factors affect
the measurements. For example, overall signal intensity might be
different due to lab reagents.
A simplified picture:
Day 1: Using control samples, I have measured #1 to #110 genes and get data.
Day 2: Using disease samples, I have measured again #1 to #110 genes
and get data.
For those two data sets, I noticed the overall signal intensity in Day
1, for each gene, is more than Day 2.

Samba vs NtBackup Round 3.0.5
Hi all,
I experienced the same problem with 3.0.4 that Jeremy and Bruno were discussing - NTBackup unable being to connect to shares and erroring out with 'Access Denied'. I have today upgraded to 3.0.5 (using the Debian Woody packages) and that didn't fix the problem. Was the fix in 3.0.5r1 only applicable to 2000/2003 server? I am stuck in the dark ages of NT 4 here, maybe that is a

Prediction with multiple zeros in the dependent variable
I have a batch of data in each line of data contains three values,
calcium score, age, and sex. I would like to predict calcium scores as a
function of age and sex, i.e. calcium=f(age,sex). Unfortunately the
calcium scorers have a very "ugly distribution". There are multiple
zeros, and multiple values between 300 and 600. There are no values
