bristuff-0.2.0-RC8g: zaptel error in suse 9.2

I made the "make menuconfig" and "make dep" in the kernel sources.
but when i try to complile zaptel from the britstuff package this is
the result:

Transfer differences between BudgeTone101 and Snom190
...out how I might get a transfering party's caller ID on a
BT101? Otherwise I will have to trash the 101's (I hate these garbage
phones anyway, but it would be nice for customers if they're able to
choose between 101's and more expensive 190's).
Using asterisk 1.0.7 + bristuff RC8g; version 3.56m on the snom190's and
version 1.0.6.3 on the BT101's.

BRIstuff/QuadBRI problem: Ring requested on unconfigured channel 255/255 span 5
...spans continue to operate.
This error seems to appear mostly on span 5 and 6.
After restarting asterisk everything is okay again for a while.
Any hints about what is going on here are greatly appreciated ;-)

Cannot receive incoming calls via ISDN
I'm experimenting with asterisk. This is my environment:
- Debian sarge (vanilla kernel 2.4.29)
- Asterisk 1.0.7-BRIstuffed-0.2.0-RC8g
- Two sip phones (One cisco 7905 and one soft-phones X-Lite)
- Digi International Datafire Micro V (Europe) (rev 02) (zaphfc)
After two days of work now I can call between the two sip phones and
I can call from sip phones to outside numbers via ISDN card.
Now I'm not able to call one of the...

Zaphfc unable to dial out
Im using bristuff-0.2.0-RC8g with two HFC-PCI controllers.
Inbound calls work just fine, but when im dialing out asterisk shows:

QuadBRI: How to set the outgoing callerid (KPN - NL)

Recently I purchased an QuadBRI card from junghanns.net after some
playing around, reconfiguring dialplans etc with the exception of 1
thing everything seems to work:
I seem to be unable to set the outbound callerid. The dutch telecom
operator (KPN) provided me with 4 MSN's on 1 BRI interface. In the past
years I'm more then used to setting the MSN without the leading 0, this
