xm create - Xend has probably crashed! Invalid or missing HTTP status code.

Primary VGA Passthrough Status
Hi All- Is it possible yet to pass through a ATI or Nvidia GPU as the primary VGA card to a Win 7/8 VM, and have it fully functional there (DXVA etc), without crashing the guest or the host during operation or when resetting the guest? Problem with Windows on Xen
I am currently running three different machines with Xen and have running DomU''s on server 1 and server 2. I trying to run a new instance of Windows 2000 on Server 2 (I''ll include the specs below), but every time the install gets to "registering components" portion, the installation restarts. I try the install on my workstation and it does the same thing.

Xen or XCP
I was wondering if someone could direct me to a resource or provide their own insights to differences between Xen and XCP. I have used Xen to go virtual on a majority of my infrastructure (Except for one NT 4 box) and was wondering if going with XCP would bring about any major benefits?
