Completely fresh,virgin install of b115 SXCE ,zero modifications done. If select XVM from boot menu,it comes all the way till "Starting Desktop login on Display:0..." and reboots. Hello, I am curious to know if there is an easy way to guess or identify the device names of disks. Previously the /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s0 system made sense to me... I had a SATA controller card with 8 ports, and they showed up with the numbers 1-8 in the "t" position of the device name. I have a raidz2 pool with one disk that seems to be going bad, several errors are noted in iostat. I have an RMA for the drive, however - no I am wondering how I proceed. I need to send the drive in and then they will send me one back. If I had the drive on hand, I could do a zpool replace. Do I do a zpool offline? zpool detach?
