There isn't any special prodedure for submitting new backends...
standard patch review guidelines apply. Make sure you include tests.

[LLVMdev] Contributing new backend to LLVM
Hello all,
We would like to contribute a new backend for Qualcomm's Hexagon
processor. We will actively maintain the port once it is accepted.
Hexagon is a VLIW core that is used principally in modem and low power
audio applications in Qualcomm's chip sets.
We have a patch for both llvm and for clang. As this is a new port,
these patches are quite large (approximately 26k and 3k

Is it possible to transfer domain-specific data from an NT4 PDC to a Samba
2.2.2 server, switch off the NT4 machine, set up smb.conf, switch on the
Samba box such that the attached NT4/Win2000

when i built the jail, i cvsupped the stable branch, then i followed the
prodedure described in man jail.
i then rebuilt my kernel
maybe i'm missing a device in the jail, maybe i have a route problem. maybe
it's the absence of the loopback ..
i'm not sure what to look for really.
i rebuilt the world on the host with exactly the same sources as the jail,
all is sync....
