Yes, please remove PICCallStyle and have printPLT check for pic
relocation model and Subtarget.isTargetELF().
And where you are modifying this part of the code. Please rename
printGOT, printStub, and printPLT to something that indicates they are
predicate functions. Perhaps shouldPrintGOT, etc.?
