Custom Plot - means, SD & 5th-95th% (Plotmeans or Boxplot)?
...eems only with confidence intervals, not 5th and 95th percentiles, and also without hinges (for standard deviations). I've searched the forums and various books and have drawn a blank on this. Excluding/removing row and column names on text output files
...doing Find and Replace in a text editor, but is it possible to remove the row and column names, and the row spaces, directly in R so that it outputs like the above example? residuals in lme4 package
...upgrading the lme4 package or Matrix package. I did, but it didn't work. Does anybody have any idea whats going on? Or could you suggest me another way of getting and plotting the residuals?
