...doing Find and Replace in a text editor, but is it possible to remove the row and column names, and the row spaces, directly in R so that it outputs like the above example? ...upgrading the lme4 package or Matrix package. I did, but it didn't work. Does anybody have any idea whats going on? Or could you suggest me another way of getting and plotting the residuals?
