Custom Plot - means, SD & 5th-95th% (Plotmeans or Boxplot)?
...eems only with confidence intervals, not 5th
and 95th percentiles, and also without hinges (for standard deviations).
I've searched the forums and various books and have drawn a blank on this.

Excluding/removing row and column names on text output files
...doing Find and Replace
in a text editor, but is it possible to remove the row and column names, and
the row spaces, directly in R so that it outputs like the above example?

residuals in lme4 package
...upgrading the lme4 package or
Matrix package. I did, but it didn't work.
Does anybody have any idea whats going on? Or could you suggest me
another way of getting and plotting the residuals?

Permutation Test
...ate zeros' (i.e., 2), n2 could be 'number of state ones' (i.e.,
2), n3 could be 'number of state twos (i.e., 1) etc?
