[LLVMdev] Tracing nodes in selectionDAG to final code...
...eration Register has number 17 -Operation CopyFromReg has number 18 -Operation CopyToReg has number 19 -Operation Register has number 20 -Operation MipsISD::Ret has number 21 What I'd like to know now is how I might tell which parts of MIPS each operation in the selectionDAG produced? I'm pressuming there is a specification in the filesystem somewhere and it would be great to get a pointer... Thanks Joe -- Dr Joseph Reddington Computer Science, Royal Holloway For 2012 I have a resolution to write all my email responses within 24-hours - no exceptions. If you've not had a response...

Help with "recode" and "factor" functions
I have a data set with seven inputs. Four of which are categorical. For my midterm, my professor wants us to scale all the inputs. This means, I pressume, that I have to use 'recode' or 'factor' to transform the categorical data in numerical. For example, one input variable is 'race=(b,w,h,o)'. I just want to assign a numerical value to all 'b,w,h,o'. I thought 'recode' should do this, but it doesn't w...

Pros and Cons of R - Summary
...were very informative and helped me shape a better presentation. Although i received lots of emails saying that installation under Linux / Unix is easy .... still emails asking for help in installing R itself, or external packages and such crop more often than not on the list and for this reason i pressumed it is harder to install under Linux like OS ;-)) Myself i have no experience with it - i work under Windows with all the good and the bad and the ugly of it and anybody who can "push the install button" can install under Windows .... you even don't need to actually know how your Win...

limiting bandwidth on a sequence of ports.
...ing bittorrent use the same bandwidth for upload as for download. I am stuck I think in understanding speeds I connect to the internet through a router modem which gets the real IP and assigns me a private ip through dhcp. So this router can handle a private network, and route it to the internet, pressumably with nat. It is a 2wire ruter-modem I have come up with the next small script, which doesn''t works as I expected: ------------ #!/bin/sh DEV=eth0 NET="172.16.0.1/16" # Internal network works at 100mbps, which is also supported by the router. I don''t understand bur...

Unofficial Icecast HOWTO posted
It should. I just tried it out my own instructions after letting them go a few days. I didn't want them fresh in my mind. I simply copied the configs and played dumb (not too hard). I then started up my playlist server and am listening to it right now. I tested out the streaming stuff a few days ago with good results. Hope it works out as well for you all. Find anything wrong, let me know and

SV: SV: delaying "answer" for a number of ringsor anamount of time
>From what I understand it means that the *hardware* in your computer *acknowledges* the call as soon as it is recieved and then sends it to asterisk dialplan for processing. You would essentially need to put the delay before the call ever reaches asterisk. So this problem isn't asterisk related... if I've understood your question and the answer I found correctly.
