Hi All; I used A2Billing, basically it is nice and fine, but management possibilities is not that rich, so a lot of staff are need to be repeated that let the admin facing a problem of the needed time to do the task. Anyone advise for another open source prepaid billing that is rich by the management features? Also, I hope to find an open source Billing (prepaid and postpaid) that can work with Asterisk and Gnugk at the same time (instead of using one billing for asterisk and one billing for gnugk, specially that gnugk is good for h323 functionalities tha...

prepaid on the trunks
if i have this setup: [sip users] -- [asterisk] --- [as5300] --- [pstn] asterisk will talk to as5300 using sip. i will use as5300 as a trunk on the asterisk so sip users can call out to pstn. what i would like to is do prepaid on those trunks, not on the sip users. sip users can call any other sip users . i want to do it that way coz i'm trying to build a multi-tenant pbx, and i will use the trunk as a unique identifier for each customer not their local extension. e.g. customer A will have trunk 34587612 and will ha...

RE: question about prepaid app_prepaid
Hi, As you asked, I have included my diff to what I did for the DIAL command. I probably didn't stick to some * pre-agreed standard of coding or something, so if these things offend you then I suggest that you close your eyes. :) The biggest thing to consider when you are doing a prepaid system is, what if the person with the same account in/out calls twice? I chose, for now, just to keep track in a database if an account is in use or not. Only allowing calls to be placed/answered when the account was not engaged with another call. It was that fastest way to implement my credit...
