LLVM 9.0.0 prebuilt binaries for MacOS
Hello,
I noticed that there are no prebuilt binaries available for MacOS for
the latest LLVM 9.0.0 release http://releases.llvm.org/download.html.
Official prebuilt binaries for MacOS are available for 8.0.0 on that
same page, so I wonder if there's any chance we'll get them for 9.0.0 ?
Thanks,

cuda cross compiling issue for target aarch64-linux-androideabi
I was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue when cross compiling
cuda on Nvidia TX2 running android.
The error is

Prebuilt binaries for Sparc Solaris2.8
Hello,
since a few days I'm fascinated by rsync and could successfully build
rsync on the machine I'm the admin of, it was easy to mirror several
sites we are providing on our ftp server.
These few words only for introduction.
Well, as far as I have seen there are no prebuilt binaries for more
actual versions of Solaris than Solaris2.5.1. What I would like to offer
you is that I can

Help Building LLVM for Android
Hey Guys,
I'm working on a project in Android related to System-level Audio DSP
Effects for Tuning Android Audio. I want to leverage Faust (
https://faust.grame.fr/) to allow users to program their own filters.
Faust provides a libfaust implementation which includes a JIT Compiler
which leverages LLVM and seems to be the best path for me to use.
Unfortunately I'm having problems

LLVM 9.0.0 prebuilt binaries for MacOS
Vedant,
Thanks for building the packages before. Could you detail what's
required to build these binaries on macOS so that someone else could
replicate it?
Thanks,
Tobias

Prebuilt OpenSolaris / Nexenta DomU with ZFS root?
Does anyone know of a prebuilt Solaris or Nexenta DomU with a ZFS root
that uses paravirtualization?
I''ve been mulling over the directions for both, but my Xen DomU is
Fedora for the moment. (I hope to use OpenSolaris as my Dom0 at some
point, but due to lack of hardware and time, I need to build the VMs
first before I format my home-server.)

LLVM/Clang/Compiler-RT tarballs version 7.0.0rc2
Yeah, I see.
You have an unusual development process seen from my POV.
IMHO you can provide the tarballs before the "binaries" are uploaded
which means "prebuilt binaries".
That could increase the quality of developing when different arch/os
maintainers give their OK.
But for 7.0.0rc1 I see only prebuilt binaries for...
* macOS
* FreeBSD10 AMD64
* Windows (32-bit)
* Windows

Prebuilt Binaries xi.rename-it.nl down ?
Hello,
Since several days the repo (xi.rename-it.nl (217.119.238.14)) is no longer accessible.
I'd found here for Debian/Ubuntu => http://wiki2.dovecot.org/PrebuiltBinaries
Is it off, or temporarily down ?
Could not connect to xi.rename-it.nl:80 (217.119.238.14). - connect (110: Connection timed out)

request to make --enable-prebuilt-html the default build on linux
I don't understand the advantages of generating html help dynamically,
but I have found some clear disadvantages.
One is that I can no longer use a bookmark in my browser to access the
list of packages and go from there to individual help pages.
The other is that, if I try to use ESS instead (using
options(help_type="html") in .Rprofile) - it is a mess. ESS splits
the emacs frame

Heartbeat for Centos 5- Can't build RPMS or install prebuilt RPMS
I am stuck. This is X86_64 platform.
In the extras repos, there is the SRPMS for heartbeat along with the
RPMS for it.
I have downloaded both. But I can't build the RPMS from the SRPM as it
fails compiling something in BUILD/heartbeat-2.0.8/lib/crm/pengine
Additionally, I can't install the RPMS:
rpm -Uvh
heartbeat-2.0.8-3.el5.centos.i386.rpm
heartbeat-2.0.8-3.el5.centos.x86_64.rpm

Does it need a prebuilt binary?
I have been suspecting so since it has been failing with BUILD ERROR for
me. I just haven't found the time to verify that yet.
I have yet to try building

SCO OpenServer
I think what I need is a prebuilt package.
I currently use Samba 2.2.12 running on SCO OpenServer 5.0.6 but I am in the
process of upgrading to 5.0.7.
Can't move to SCO version 6 because our application isn't guaranteed to work
on it.

Minor issues cross-compiling windows_port branch
Hi,
No patches today, sorry, just three little observations (i'm compiling
windows_port branch on Debian GNU/Linux testing with mingw):
* missing but required by the configure

scripts/hal/ups-nut-device.fdi.in
scripts/udev/nut-usbups.rules.in
* it autodetects hal and udev support but (of course) fails to

Mesa with voodoo3
OK I downloaded and compiled Mesa 3.4.1, the gears demo runs at about 140
fps so thats not looking like real hw accel ;) I downloaded a prebuilt
gears from the dri webpage and I get 1300 fps even after I uninstalled my
Mesa because it did not work together with Quake3 (always told me no
hardware accel available) So I reverted to the libGL.so that came with my
X4.0.2 binary tars. My glide3 is

Help building OPUS library using FIXED_POINT option
Hi,
We are rebasing our audio compression subsystem using OPUS rather than SPEEX. The platform is Android but this piece is written in C code: we need to support armv5/armv7/x86 architectures.... and we use the released opus-1.1beta package from here<http://downloads.xiph.org/releases/opus/opus-1.1-beta.tar.gz>.
A lot of our OPUS build system + code to drive the audio compression has been
