How to implement lowerReturn for poring GlobalISel to RISCV?
Hi LLVM developers,
Thank Daniel Sanders, Aditya Nandakumar and Justin Bogner's Tutorial[1]:
Head First into GlobalISel about how to port, and Aditya took BPF target
as a simple instance:
bool BPFCallLowering::lowerReturn(MachineIRBuilder &MIRBuilder,
const Value *Val, unsigned VReg) const {
assert(!Val == !VReg && "Return value

Sample code for streaming from a file
Hello,
Does anyone have any sample code for opening up a speex file and
streaming the data from it over time? I've been wrestling with this
for a couple days now, poring over other people's code but I can't
find an example of just taking a chunk from the file, decoding it,
and feeding it to a sound API (in my case, OpenAL) and then repeating
until done.

Googling for this has not solved my problems. Is there a particular
site that is recommened for its examples and tutorials on Rails'' AJAX

rbind-ing numeric matrices
Good morning,
I'm running into trouble rbind-ing numeric matrices with differing numbers
of rows. In particular, there seem to be issues whenever a one-row numeric
matrix is involved.
Assume A is a numeric matrix with 1 row and Y columns and B is a numeric
matrix with X rows and Y columns. Let C be the result of rbinding A and B.
Then C is a numeric matrix with X + 1 rows and Y columns, only

printer configuration issue
I've installed Samba 2.2.7a on my SuSE 8.1 system in an effort to
persuade it to act as a print server on my LAN, which consists of it
and 6 Windows desktops of various flavors. Right away it seemed to
allow file sharing and printing from DOS and became browsable from the
Network Neighborhood, but I can't get it to print from Windows. I
keep getting a Status of "Access denied,

validates_associated bug?
i seem to be experiencing a bug where rails tells me that my
organization object''s associated credit card is invalid (activerecord
validation-wise invalid), when i know it to be valid. this happens
only if i tell the organization to validate_associated :credit_card.
i know the associated credit card is valid, because a) that
credit_card object itself throws no validation errors, and b)

Multiple templates and domains
My apologies for those are going to get this email twice. I posted it
earlier to what was the wrong mailing list earlier.
Rails newbie here so forgive the question if the answer is ridiculously
obvious.
I am trying to write an app that meets the following requirements. I''d
like to do it in Rails, but having pored over documentation for that

Dragonfly and Zip uploads
I''m poring through the Dragonfly source code right now, trying to get a handle on how to apply the following technique there:
Client uploads a Zip archive containing N images, PDF files, text files, etc. When that file arrives at the server, but before it is stored as an attachment to the current object, the Zip is burst open, contents are iterated over, and each contained file is saved

Sample code for streaming from a file
It's not by much but the little piece of the puzzle I haven't been
able to figure out is how to write the function that will read out a
small chuck, process it, and then exit. This function would then be
called continuously to process another small chunk when the previous
chunk is done playing. I've already tried separating out that bit of
code in speexdec to no avail.

Question About Conferencing Capabilities
My company is building a VOIP application, and initially were just using a
barebones OpenSIPS implementation to host one-on-one calls; however, we want
to expand the functionality to conferencing (which, of course, OpenSIPS
doesn't handle) and was looking into Asterisk (the other option being
Freeswitch). I've been poring through the docs, and have even set up a test
server myself, but

Attempting to sync x-axis labels with grid lines in lattice bwplot
I have created a lattice bwplot that suffers from axis label
overplotting. The box plot contains grid lines, and I thought that
only plotting the labels for corresponding vertical grid lines would
not only cure the overplotting but also be more aesthetically
pleasing. Unfortunately hours of poring over manuals, documentations,
mailing list archives, and other R-related text hasn't helped.

Tripplite Smart1200LCD and Debian
Hey all,
I am trying to use NUT for a Tripplite Smart1200 LCD on a fresh copy of Debian 6.0.2.1. I installed NUT version 2.4.3 and I have pored through pages and pages of other posts, but for the life of me I can not get it to recognize the Tripplite. I know its an 09ae:2009 device and I've tried to add a rule in /lib/udev/rules.d/52-nut-usbups.rules as according to some posts, but to no

machine fail authentication (error "System could not log you on. Check user

and synchronization of offline folders. Frustrating having all data
available offline

Trust between Samba PDC and AD domain
I've pored through the documentation, wiki, lists, etc, and I can't seem
to come to a concise conclusion on how to accomplish this.
My specific scenario is the following.
I have a samba PDC domain called domainA, and an AD domain called
domainB. domainA and domainB are different named domains, and they each
authenticate logins and credentials on their own turf.
The users on domainA

Linux 7.1 system. I'm using kernel 2.4.2, and the Samba 2.0.7 that comes
precompiled with Slackware 7.
I'm only moderately clueful at this point, but I have experience with other
Linux and networking stuff. I can build Samba from sources if you think that
would help.
I ran through the diagnostic tests given
