Rsync rules for Shorewall
...te the directory tree as rsync always does first, but then the first file it tries to xfer gets stuck a zero file size. If I disable shorewall and retry it works. forcing yum to download but not install
...cannot be updated until tomorrow but I'd like to do a fake update just to force the RPMs into my cache so they will all be pre-downloaded. SOLVED: CentOS 5.3 and NTFS
...omething for a whole new thread, but does CentOS support eSATA? My desktop at home here has a port for it, and the USB drive in question does eSATA as well. ...CentOS release to come out? I'm in the process of making a new master server image based on 5.3. rpm corrupted, ftp server?
Hello, I'm running pure-ftpd 1.21-16 on centos 5.3. A user sent me some files, some rpms and a few patch files. The rpms do not show up right, they record as data rather than rpm or tar or zip or whatever. I am not certain if it's pure-ftpd corrupting these files, the patches showed up empty and i was assured everything was working on the other end, or if the user uploaded binary files in
