Using People for Machine accounts
...hine account was
added successfully with an ou=People. After the add there are lookups for
the machine account and then another add is attempted which fails with a
duplicate:

Machine accounts searching People
...machine
account was indeed added successfully, but the subsequent searches are
looking for my machine name 'silver$' under cn=People. Any ideas why?
