zvol (slow) vs file (fast) performance snv_130
...;uname -a
SunOS zfs-debug-node 5.11 snv_130 i86pc i386 i86pc Solaris
I believe this problem is affecting performance tests others are doing with Comstar and exported zvol logical units.

Findings of dual APC UPS sensor attachments
...urce code - unless some else already knows
and wants to implement this feature... I would like have to have feed
back in particularly about how we should go about implementing the above
(i.e. is that in line with the current project, for example).

apcsmart update info
...e driver can distinguish cases where one variable can mean different
things (currently 'T') depending on model
- some compatibility entires updated
- adjusted approach to compat entries where 'b' returns voltage related
info instead of firmware
Thanks to Markus Pruehs and Steffen Plotner for all the feedback they

...ex is 1 and not 0, which is why we don't see the temperature probe's values.
Fixing the underlying problem is much harder. It seems to me that we need to 'walk' the mib structure to find the data. Have you resolved the issue?

apc / ap9612th questions
Steffen - I have few questions regarding this ups/card combo.:
1) How does the capability string looks like ? (^Z)
2) How does the string of supported commands look like ? (a)
3) How do values for '[' ']' '{' '}' are enumerated when this card is present ? I can see two choices:
a) '-' rotates one part, while '+' the other
b) both parts are
