I tried to install the game with the latest 1.1.16. However it quickly dies at install time with err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"DX9_Launcher.A545835B_7768_4D96_A5BC_930949616C2D" returned 1603 The game is rated Platinum for 1.1.2 and Gold for 1.1.3, none of which mentioned install problems, so I guess it is a regression.
