OT: pinout for "standard" telephone headset required.?
Hi, I have a Cisco 7960G phone for which I know the pinout of the headset socket. I have a couple of standard telephone headsets which I do not know the pinout of. I'd like to connect the two. If I have the pinout of a normal/standard headset I can rewire the ones I have to match the cisco. Thanks Mike

Results of an incorrect crossover pinout??
...t would the results be? We have had the former as our cabling for a few months and the connection has been fine. Slip errors here and there. But we have had major issues the last few days where there were excessive slip errors culminating in the Mitel taking it's T1 card offline. 1) Could the pinouts I have been using have actually worked? Or am I smoking crack? 2) Could that have been the source of my problem? If so why didn't it surface earlier? We put a new cable in place today so only time will tell if it fixes it (it seems to have major alarms on the Mitel every 12 hours or so). I...

Loop back cable pinout 15 Pin Serial
I am trying to test the T1 card in our legacy PBX but the connector to the card is a 15 pin serial cable. I would like to make it myself so I can try this test today. Does anyone have a pinout for it? I just made a T1 RJ-45 loop back to test my TE110P and it tested out fine. I'm trying to resolve some timing issues and a tech from Digium is going to ssh in and walk around my asterisk server

I'm trying to hookup an E100P to an E1 PRI that I know is working, it drives an Ascend Max happily. Powercom Black Night 600AP UPS Serial Cable Pinout
...ectly under NUT. However, I had a perfectly good Powercom Black Night 600AP UPS, which I'm now trying to get to power my internet gateway. Unfortuantly, due to not thinking on my part, I threw away the original serial cable. I have tried a straight - through cable, and the one listed at http://pinouts.ru/DevicesCables/powercom_cable_pinout.shtml to no success, on both NUT and using the UPSMON software for FreeBSD and Windows, all on different computers! If anyone has this UPS, or knows anything about it, and could provide me with a serial cable pinout I would be really grateful! Thanks in advan...

2400P Pinouts
Hi, this is probably a stupid question but can someone point me to where I can find the pinouts for the connector at the back of the TDM2400P card from Digium. I am assuming this is some kind of telecomms standard but I need to connect to 8 existing analogue lines and therefor need to wire this connector to a patch panel or R11 jacks. Also most of the docs do not mention this card - am I...

HP/Compaq T700H UPS cable pinout
Hello all, I have obtained a Compaq T700 H UPS sans-cable. My research indicates it would've come with a HP #201092-001 cable, and from previous posts on this list, it speaks upscode2, possibly being a rebadged Eaton unit. Any suggestions for cable pinouts I can try? Regards, Mathew McBride

TDM400 w/ FXS S110M pinout on RJ11 connector?
Hi all, I just got my long awaited FXS modules for a TDM400 card, and was a bit puzzled about how my phones and the FXS interface worked together. Here goes: In Sweden (that's where I am located) phones traditionally are connected in daisy chain configuration. This means that a phone in on-hook condition passes the line through back onto the outer pair of the RJ11, back into the wall
