T1 configuration, getting help via IRC?
...ror images of each other, or is this display correct given my situation? Unfortunately I don't understand what a good display would look like. On another topic, I've tried connecting to irc.freenode.net to join the #asterisk channel. It says I need to be identified to join the channel. pidentd is running on my machine and the firewall is set to allow stuff on 113 through. Anyone else encounter this issue? -paul P.S. Hardware suggestion and XEN selection
I got two machines to setup: A. existing one: AMD Athlon, 2GB RAM, C: used for Windows XP (40 G), D: used for Windows data two partitions, each 40 G are not used yet I would like to use the two partitions to setup XEN and within XP, SuSE Linux 10.1, Puppy Linux 1.09CE and Puppy Linux 2.0alpha. SuSE should be my main window, while XP will be used only if there is no Linux counterpart, Puppys

Apparent SNMP remote-root vulnerability.
I just had a remote root break-in on my machine (x86 running Red Hat Linux 5.0 with all the updates except for kernel-2.0.32-3) this morning at 06:03:28 EDT. From what I''ve been able to gather, it appears to have been through snmpd, which I missed when I was weeding out unused daemons. Sorry for the feeble message, but all I know (or at least strongly suspect) is that there''s a
