I have an Internet PhoneCard for my IBM T30 running Linux RH9 2.4.20-31.9 and Asterisk 0.9.0. I have installed the appropriate Openh323 drivers. Can anyone post a set of instructions on how to install this card? I have RH9 Linux and the latest Asterisk. I have tried to install the card using instructions from Quicknet and the card works for a little while and then Asterisk issues a message about the driver missing a fixup routine and then I get a repeating error message from Asterisk about a "mini-frame errors" or something

I apologize if this has already been covered, i tried searching the archives with no results (no results for any search in fact). I am getting listed on shoutcast now after update to 1.3.11, but only one of two streams is listed. I'm still not getting listed on icecast. I tried the others in the config file, didn't work.
