persistent generic device for tape changer
Hello Ron,
sounds good. I have 2 tape changer. I persume, udev creates the same
link for both.
Can I modify
SYMLINK+="changer-$env{ID_SERIAL}"
The serial should be unique.

where is the icecast 2 source?
Hi,
I wanted to download the icecast 2 source. Here's how:
1. I looked at the icecast.org site (seemed like a logical choice). It's
not even mentioned on the site, it's not in the downloads directory, and
not in the CVS tree either (there is something there called ice2, it's
almost empty)
2. I looked at the xiph.org site, it points back to icecast.org
3. I searched the mailing

persistent generic device for tape changer
I've taken you as far as I can go. ?Now you will have to experiment a
bit for your use case. ?I should point out that at least in my system,
the link with the serial number in it shows up even with the line
commented in the rules file.
As always, YMMV.

update CentOS 7 at Nov 05 2019
yum update was run
23.10.19 and then
05.11.19
to the beginning of the update 5.11.2019 kernel logging to
/var/log/messages was ok.
During the update at 5.11.2019 logging to /var/log/messages finished. I
persume, this bug began during processing updates. yum-log shows:

many many checkboxes
Hi *,
Starting to try and figure out the best way to handle the next part of
my first application.
I need to provide a form which will host approx 60 checkboxes - each
respective checkbox will need to relate to a boolean (tinyint? - I
persume a boolean would be best, (ticked / not ticked)).
I have had quite a google around on this and I have seen some tutorials
where it is suggested to use

I've an issue with my TDM4000P card and I will be calling Digium later

Could anyone help me with a basic configuration so they can SSH to me?
Thanks

API cleanups, bugfixes
OK, I've been a busy beaver tonight. More commits:
Finished stabilizing psychoacoustic configuration API; binary compatability
stability for libvorbis/vorbisfile would be nice to have by 1.0.
Moved several additional return values and internal types to int64_t; basically
wherever there's an absolute fine-grained counter. I also moved the vorbisfile
API to taking a 64 bit seek callback

Control power output via serial connection
Hi,
I have two APC UPS models and I am trying to find out if it is possible
to cut power down via serial connection in Ubuntu Server 12.04.1 AMD64
system.
I have models:
APC Back-UPS Pro 650 (BP650SI)
APC Back-UPS 650 (BK650MI)
I have also APC serial cables 940-0020C and 940-0095B.
Is this possible with my current hardware? If it isn't possible, could
you recommend model(s) on

persistent generic device for tape changer
Hello,
mtx and therefor amanda use generic device /dev/sg<x> for tape changer.
These devices change on reboot.
How to make them persistent?
/dev/sch0 and /dev/sch1 seem to be persistent.
/dev/tape/by-id/ shows links from WWID to generic device
An UDEV rule could help? I have not found any example.

<p>Yeah, I think installing the final verison of vorbis solved a lot of
problems.
However, here's a new error I'm getting when trying to 'make' darkice:
make all-recursive
