I trying to pass a variable to the call back function of when utilizing the PeriodicalExecuter function ex. new PeriodicalExecuter(refresh, 10); works but new PeriodicalExecuter(refresh(id), 10); works once then errors after the 10 seconds, I get "this.callback is not a function"

Hi all I have to deal with multiple PeriodicalExecuters over several Interfaces. Each has it own. Now this all works, but i when i go back and forth between them i spawn another and another etc... I tried to push the instance of PE to a global array and on each change in the interface invoke a stop() on them. This sounds okay, but it is obviously not...

Well, I''ve been burning the midnight oil trying to figure out how to issue the stop() command to a PeriodicUpdater. I''ve come up with a solution that uses setTimeouts to call the stop function. I have been successfully using the latest mongrel and upload progress plugin with safari but firefox seems to have some issues with any request that takes longer than 5 seconds to complete.
