What is my replication unit? Lmer for binary longitudinal data with blocks and two treaments.
First I would like to say thank you for taking the time to read it.Here is my
problem.
I am running a lmer analysis for binary longitudinal (repeated measures)
data.
Basically, I manipulated fruits and vegetation to two levels each(present
and absent) and I am trying to access how these factors affect mice foraging
behavior. The design consist of 12 plots, divided in 3 blocks. So each

“doveadm mailbox” command fails with UTF-8 mailboxes
Hello,
I?ve got a strange misconfiguration where the following command:
doveadm -f pager mailbox status -u spamutf8 'messages vsize guid' INBOX 'INBOX.*'
? fails with error code 68, saying that it can?t find one of the mailboxes. (It lists the user?s other mailboxes.) The name of the mailbox in question is saved to disk in UTF-8 rather than mUTF-7, but strace shows that doveadm

exposing APIs needed by Chromium/WebRTC
Hello Opus community,
I'd like to ask you for advice and recommendations.
WebRTC uses Opus, and I noticed
https://webrtc-codereview.appspot.com/5549004 started referring to
currently internal Opus headers. This is possible because for Chromium the
Opus sources are just checked in, so any header can be #included.
I detected this when trying to package Chromium for Linux distributions

[Bridge] I want to RTFM -- so where's the FM?
Hi all,
I'm looking for documentation about the internals of the bridging
software. We're putting together a new chip that incorporates, among
other things, a core for a managed switch and a processor that will be
running Linux. I wanted to have the Linux code (among other things)
field SNMP requests and configure the managed switch. I'm hoping that
it's as simple as

dspam + dovecot LDA
Hello,
Is there any possibility to make dspam transport validated emails
directly to dovecot LDA? for now I use such schema:
postfix > dspam > postfix > dovecot LDA but wanted to not return
emails to postfix. I've found that such configuration is possible with
dspam+ cyrus IMAP.
Documentation of dovecot is great but I haven't found such solution.
Thanks in advance for any

Solaris 7 w/ current CVS.
Not sure about any other version, but I know sol7 lacks SIZE_T_MAX which
we are now using in -current.
OpenBSD defines it as ULONG_MAX. Pawing through the Solaris /usr/include
it stated it could be 'u_int' or 'u_long'. Depends on if your are
compiling legacy stuff.
I'm sure other OSes may encounter this issue (not tried Linux, but Redhat
7.x does not define it), but what

You're dismissing all use-cases other than this very narrow one I'd
(with my own spin) characterise as "Do What I Mean, I Can't Be
Bothered To Get My Code Right". Fair enough, you're arguing in favour
of a point; but it's not one I agree with.

question about setClass
...tClass please. I'm working thru "R
Programming for Bioinformatics".
Actually, I was wondering if there is such a thing as an updateClass,
in order to change a "contains" option, please?
that is, if I had
setClass("dog",
representation(name="character",paws="numeric",tail="character"))
Fair enough.
Later I want to have a class called "pets".
setClass("pets",representation(name="character",total="numeric"))
I want dog to be a subclass of pets. Do I put in the setClass command
as it stand...

kerberized ssh on Mac OS X?
Sigh. Is anyone here working getting K5 kerberized ssh onto Mac OS X?
I'm having trouble building with the Apple krb5 and OS X include files -
seems fp.h gets sucked in by something, and it's got it's own idea
of what "log()" is...
Is there a better place to ask this question? Be gentle, please.
Thanks.

Authentication Help
Hi,
I've been pawing through Samba docs and the internet for a day or so
looking to get Samba working with AFS. My basic Samba setup works
authenticating against AFS if I use the smbclient binary, however I am
getting rejected before even receiving a password prompt in Windows, saying
that the location I'm trying to get to is inaccessible. Is there a way I'm
