Problem with reshaping of data

ID is the number of persons (here 1000 persons)
x are descriptive variables
and v1-v20 are values of satisfaction on holidays for 20 days
and now i should reshape the data such that each record contains only one participiant on one day
could somebody help me? i don't know how to do this?!

Server based audio merge
There's no perfect solution to the multiple client problem. Each
approach has advantages and drawbacks:
1) Mixing at the server
- Allows a constant bandwidth for every client
- Allows compatibility with regular VoIP prones
- Requires transcoding, even when only on person is talking
- Higher bit-rate required for the general case (one speaker is talking)
2) Sending multiple streams
- Possible

session, all connections have buffers again. whenever there is data in
the buffer of the connection, the connection get's added to the session
buffer, which after mixing is wiped again, as is the connection buffer.
as said, speex in java is too slow for encoding more than 3
participients, at least on the machines i tested.

What is going on now?
...in a personal mail,
what could be done to continue the project and he told me I had to
subscribe to this list.
My ideas where:
a) Mirroring the site
b) I would like to study the code and help
c) I am studying computer science and I could ask some teachers and
friends there, if they would like to participiate to the project. We use
shorewall there at our main routers.
What I can do:
I started learning AWK, yesterday night.
I can script some pieces of bash.
I have some ideas on iptables. I started a project adminutility.sf.net
