Dear UseRs and DevelopeRs It would be helpful to see the color palette available in the venneuler() function. The relevant par of ?venneuler states: "colors: colors of the circles as values between 0 and 1" -which explains color specification, but from what pallette? Short of trial and error, i'd really appreciate if some one could help me locate a "0 - 1" pallette for this function to aid with color selection. ...here. I'm attempting to create a heat map of the entire united states which corresponds to a set of percentages I have for each state. My teacher suggested that I simply create a color palette with RColorBrewer that is in the exact order of the states by alphabet so that I can simply plug that pallette into the maps package and have it fill alphabetically with the gradient I created through my list. ...and the images are properly ordered alphabetically from bottom to top. I tried changing the order of 6 of the images in the stack to match the order the actions in the pallete window and that worked on those I tested to get the images to match the actions, however the order of the actions in the pallette window is still wonky. I also tried renaming the action files to get rid of spaces, exchange the underscore ?_? for spaces, remove extra words/letters and though sometimes the display order would change it sill wouldn't be alphabetical as expected.
