Dom0 NETTX, NETRX alway are 0
...xentop this way ->"xentop -n -b -d 1"
At Host2, run xentop this way->"xentop -n -b -d 1"
In Host2''s xentop, I got the DomU''s NETRX and DomU''s CPU as well as
Dom0''s high load during netperf running. It means DomU accturally received
the packats from Host1''s Dom0.
TTVM''s NETRX changed this way : 9699596->9709952->9845192

Same code works fine if I don''t create the Compute object.
What did I do wrong?
Here is the Controller

def att
@compute = Compute.new
@data1 = @compute.cmpt
end
end

IProute2 and netfilter interactions
I am trying to build a firewall and from my reading of the list archives and
other places, I''m worried about unintended interactions between iptables and
iproute2. Here is my situation
I have an internal network on eth0 and two separate dmzs on eth1 and eth2
respectively (a wireless network and a kiosk). On the outbound side, I have a
cablemodem provider and a dsl provider. What I

[Bug 554] New: Packet illegaly bypassing SNAT
...ion: linux-2.6.x
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: NAT
AssignedTo: laforge@netfilter.org
ReportedBy: renean@gmx.de
I have a router. To the outside world i have to do NAT. All packats going over
the external interface are being SNATed by the one and only rule in the
POSTROUTING-chain (see below).
What happens is that some packages from my internal net somehow bypass that NAT
and go out with their internal addresses (${SOURCE}). My ISP informed me about
that.
It seems that appl...

Select single probe-set with median expression from multiple probe-sets corresponding to same gene -AFFY
Hello All,
I need your help. I am analysing affymetrix data and have to select the
probe-set that has median expression among all the probe-sets for same
gene. This way I want to remove the redundancy by keeping the analysis
to single gene entry level. I am fully aware that it is not a nice thing
to do but I just have to do it.
To do so, I came across 'findLargest' function of

CentOS 4 DNS Server not listening
I installed CentOS 4 on a new box to use as a DNS server. It is a basic
server install.
I configured named and it is all up and running fine. It just isn't
listening on Port 53. It also (obviously) does not respond to DNS
requests. Requests from the machine itself are processed just fine, so
the service is working. It just can't be used by other machines. Not
good for a public DNS
