anyone using pxelinux.0 > 3.36 successfully with HP DLXXX G3, G5?
...latest syslinux Version I found with a working localboot is 3.36.
pxelinux.cfg/default:
default harddisk
prompt 1
label harddisk
localboot 0
implicit 0
timeout 250
This so simple, it should just work, shouldn't it?
The BIOS Versions are
G3 BIOS: P31(03/03/2005)
G5 BIOS: P58(07/10/2009)
Probably it doesn't work for G1,G2 and G6 Systems.
Is this a known limitation of the newer pxelinux Version?
Thanks in advance
regards Thomas

menu.c32 HP Proliant DL360 G5 localboot problem
Hello.
Recently I've ran into problems with HP Proliant
booting off the network with menu.c32.
Configuration -- several identical servers:
HP Proliant DL360 G5
HP Bios P58 12/26/2006
Bootblock 09/18/2006
HP SmartArray E200i Controller (128MB, v1.20)
Broadcom NetXtreme II Ethernet Boot Agent v2.8.5
When localboot is chosen from menu.c32 menu
I get standard "PXE-M0F Exiting ...", screen clears,
cursor is blinking at the top left corner and nothing happens....

GXP-2000 MultiPurpose Keys
Is it possible to program the multi-purpose keys on a GXP-2000
remotely via a TFTP configuration file? If so, what are the
parameters to put in the configuration file?
Thanks,
Daniel
