Can't flash 7960: P0S30200 .bin not found
When I try to flash my 7960 with SIP I get messages like this in the tftp server logfile: Aug 27 02:01:17 home tftpd[32590]: tftpd: trying to get file: P0S3-03-0-00 .bin and the phone says something similar on the display for a brief moment and puts a funny char where the space in the filename above is. Seems like around 1 in 4 of the 7960's I have flashed with SIP have this problem. Anyone

7960 Not Picking up new firmware.
G'Day All. So I got the TFTP server all set up -thanks to much help from this list- the 7960 found it and updated to SIP the first firmware P0S30200. What I am now trying to do is upgrate through all the versions, as recommended, to the latest version, P003-07-3-00. I thought this would be accomplished by simply changing the sole line in the OS79XX.TXT file to P0S30203 and reboot the phone. But no success. Any pointers? Thanks Ferg

Cisco 7960 SIP Craziness...
...n't have this, and my reseller doesn't have it handy either, though they promise to get it (some day?). At any rate, I've opened a Cisco tech support incident with hopes that they'll be able to provide me the files quick and easy.. But, that failing, can anyone out there send me P0S30200.bin??? cisco 7960 7.1 -> 7.2 upgrade problem
I can't get my 7960 to upgrade to 7.2 or infact downgrade to 6.3 either. when I change image_version to the 7.2 string in sipdefault.cnf it reboots but does not look for any image files it just looks for the same files as it normally does. Any ideas? it seems as though I have locked the firmare. Chris

Cisco 7960 Firmware help please.
Was in the process of upgrading a 7960 to SIP and in advertently applied a skinny image (P003G302.bin), now no matter what i put in OS79XX.TXT and OS7960.TXT it simply wont upgrade. The phone is pulling down OS79XX.TXT from my TFTP server but then goes on to repetedly ask for SEP<MACaddr>.cnf. Help!! -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:
