search for: p003am30

I have a second-hand 7960 which I am attempting to upgrade to use a SIP image. The phone currently has a firmware release which doesn't seem to be listed in Cisco docs - P003AM30. On reboot, it finds the tftp server and requests the firmware image listed in OX79XX.txt correctly, displaying "Upgrading Software" on the screen. It then continues to re-request the same image from the tftp server at 10s intervals indefinitely. What am I doing wrong? Thanks Patrick

...me with that? Also, I would like to upgrade these phones to use SIP. How can I get the SIP firmware for my phones. I have tried at Cisco web site but I couldn't find firmware downloads. Can someone help me with that? Can someone point me in a direction where I can acquire the Cisco 7960 SIP firmware? I just purchased two phones of ebay, but they are both in Call Manager mode. I have 4 7960's that I am trying to get working but 2 of them will not update to the SIP image on my tftp server like the first ones did. i keep getting the error on the phone 'Defaulting CM to TFTP server' like it isn't seeing the *.bin on the server. are you supposed to have on of those for each phone? would be like cisco et al to do something like that.
